Creamy Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 or 3 medium potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Place potatoes and onion in 8 x 8-inch casserole.
    Mix soup and milk.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Top with pork chops, salt and pepper if desired.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
