Autumn Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. melted margarine
3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar (I prefer less)
3 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples (Delicious), peeled, cored and sliced thick
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat oil, margarine and sugar together. Add the eggs.
Beat until creamy.
Use an electric mixer.
Sift together the flour, salt, cinnamon and soda; stir into batter. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir to blend. Turn the mixture into a 9-inch angel food tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done. Cool in pan before turning out.
Serve at room temperature with rich vanilla ice cream.
