Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
    2 c. water (may need to add more)
    8 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Pour onion soup mix over meat.
    Add 1 cup water.
    Cover and cook 1 to 2 hours or until tender.
    Add water as needed.
    Thicken gravy with cornstarch mixed in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Good with noodles or mashed potatoes.
