Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. ground sausage, browned and drained
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place cubed bread in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread, then add cheese and mushrooms.
    Beat together eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups milk and pour over top of mushrooms.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Combine soup and 1/2 cup milk when ready to bake and pour over top of mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until brown.
