Steamed Spareribs With Black Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spareribs, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. black beans, washed (dau see)
    1 slice ginger, chopped
    2 tsp. shoyu
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oyster sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix
    all ingredients together with spareribs; let stand for 20\tminutes
    or
    more.
    Steam
    for\t35
    minutes
    or more. Garnish with 1 stalk green onion (finely chopped) and Chinese parsley. Serve hot.
