Easy Pecan Pie(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. honey
1/2 stick butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell in 9-inch pie pan
Preparation

In medium saucepan, combine honey and butter; heat until boiling.
Set aside to cool.
When cooled, add pecans and beaten eggs.
Pour mixture into pan.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 30 minutes.
