Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups peeled and shredded zucchini
    3 eggs
    1 cup oil
    2 cups sugar
    3 cups flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Stir together shredded zucchini, eggs oil and sugar. Stir together dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
