Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt butter; stir in brown sugar and milk.
    Bring to boil; stir 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in peanut butter and vanilla; mix in powdered sugar.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spread in buttered 9-inch square pan.
    Chill until firm; cut into squares. Yields 3 1/2 pounds.
