Mushroom Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 small onion
    1 large handful fresh parsley
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Coarsely chop mushrooms in a food processor.
    Remove and set aside.
    Coarsely chop onion.
    Remove and set aside.
    Finely chop the parsley.
    Melt butter over low heat in a frying pan.
    Add reserved ingredients.
    Cook slowly.
    If it is too thick, add a little sour cream.
    Serve on cocktail rye or crackers.
