Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tuna
    1 c. cooked rice (1/4 c. raw)
    minced onion
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (1/2 c. for top)
    salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Combine tuna, cooked rice and 1 to 2 tablespoons minced onion. Heat milk; add bread crumbs, then cool slightly.
    Add beaten egg yolks.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add crumb mixture to tuna mixture and mix, then fold in egg whites and 1 cup cheese.
    Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until center rises and knife comes out clean.
