Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large bell peppers, seeded and cut in strips
    12 hot peppers, chopped fine
    1/2 c. water
    5 lb. sugar
    3 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Put

    ingredients in blender.\tWhen completely liquified, take out and add sugar and vinegar.
    Cook at a hard boil for 5\tminutes.
    Skim\tthe
    top.
    Add\tgreen
    or red food coloring and 2 bottles of Certo.
    Put into hot jars and store.
