Turkey Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. undrained juice packed crushed pineapple
    2 onions, thinly sliced
    1 rib celery, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. curry powder or to taste
    1 unpeeled red apple, diced
Preparation
    Brown turkey in a large skillet that has been sprayed with cooking spray, breaking meat into chunks and turning to brown evenly.
    Drain and discard fat.
