Moist And Minty Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mint flavored chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9-inch square pan.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    In a small saucepan, combine sugar, oleo and water.
    Bring to just a boil; remove from heat.
    Add 1 cup chocolate chips and vanilla, stirring until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.
    Transfer to a larger bowl.
    Add eggs, beating well after each.
    Stir in flour mixture and remaining chocolate chips.
    Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, just until center is set.
    Cool; cut into 2 1/4-inch squares.
