Cherry Nut Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, quartered
    2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    regular milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except regular milk.
    Pour into ice cream freezer containers.
    Finish filling the containers to the fill line with the regular milk.
    Freeze in ice cream freezer.
