Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar, mixed with 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix margarine, shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Roll dough into teaspoon size balls.
    Roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture (great for little hands!).
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen.
