Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
3/4 c. Minute rice, cooked
4 green pepper rings
4 onion slices
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 can water
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

Season chops; dredge in flour, brown in oil and place in a greased casserole.
Place pepper and onion slices on each chop. Add spoonful of rice on each chop.
Pour tomato sauce and water on top.
Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
Add more water, if necessary.
Serves 4.
