Blender Bernaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe hollandaise sauce
    1/4 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Leave hollandaise in the blender container.
    In a small saucepan, combine wine, vinegar, tarragon, onion and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook until liquid is reduced to 2 tablespoons. Pour into the prepared hollandaise and blend on high speed a few seconds to blend.
    Serve over asparagus, broccoli or grilled steak.
