Smoke Fish Brine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salt
2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. red pepper
Preparation

Stir well.
Put clean fish in brine 8 to 10 hours.
Rinse and dry.
Smoke for 8 hours.
Wrap in foil.
Cook 2 hours at 200\u00b0.
