Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place 3 feet
    of
    wide\taluminum
    foil on cookie sheet. Put chuck roast on foil.
    Spread soups (undiluted) over roast. Sprinkle one package
    of
    onion
    soup
    mix\tover
    roast.
    Seal aluminum foil well.
    Bake
    in a 325\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
    Do not open oven or foil
    or
    check on roast.
    It will be done in the allotted time and you will have gravy.
