Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    Salt to taste
    1/4 to 1/3 c. milk
    1-1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. chopped green onion tops
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets; chill, peel and grate.
    Melt margarine and cheese; add salt and milk.
    Combine with potatoes. Add sour cream and onions; blend.
    Pour into a greased 13x9-inch casserole.
    Potatoes can be frozen or refrigerated at this point. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 12 to 15.
