Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken parts
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Italian-flavored bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. each: garlic, basil and oregano
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Beat egg and 1 tablespoon water.
    Roll chicken in mixture and then in crumbs.
    Brown in shortening.
    Pour off fat.
    Mix all other ingredients except cheese and pour over chicken.
    Cover and cook in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover; sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
    Put back in oven until cheese melts.
