Juicy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer (whole)
    1/2 apple (medium to large)
    1 1/2 onions (medium to large)
    poultry seasoning
    garlic salt
    ginger
    oregano
    thyme
    sage
    paprika
    pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken (do not cut up).
    Stuff with 1/2 apple and 1/2 onion.
    Season heavily with all the spices (just shake them on).
    Place in roasting pan with sliced (thickly) onion and 1 cup water.
    Roast at 500\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Roast at 425\u00b0 for another 30 to 45 minutes.
    Add more water if necessary as pan should have juice in it.
    Baste with juice once or twice.
    Cover with foil if skin gets too brown.
    Slice and serve in own juice. Mmmmmm!
