Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced carrots
1 medium onion
1 small green pepper
1 can cream of tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots; drain and cool.
Cut onion and green pepper and mix with carrots.
Mix other ingredients and pour over the vegetables.
Cover closely.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours or more.
Keeps well in the fridge!
Makes a great condiment.
