Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium squash
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can diced Ortega green chiles
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute squash in butter; add onion.
    Mix chiles and soup with squash and onion.
    Put in casserole dish and top with cheese crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
