Doctor Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced ripe bananas (large)
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; sift.
    Dice bananas; add to dry ingredients along with oil, pineapple juice, vanilla and eggs. Stir to blend; do not beat.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes (top will spring back at your touch).
    Cool in pan for 30 minutes, then turn onto plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when completely cool.
