Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. corn oil margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together flour, cornstarch and sugar. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat margarine until smooth. Add flour mixture and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place about 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 10 to 12 minutes. Don't overbake. Remove to rack to cool. Makes about 3 dozen.
