Tea Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    6 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and shortening.
    Sift together flour and baking powder.
    Add alternately with milk. Drop by teaspoon into deep fat at 375\u00b0 until outsides are golden brown, then roll in powdered sugar.
