Strombolis - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1 egg
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. pepperoni
1/2 lb. boiled ham
1/4 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
1/4 lb. sliced Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Stretch the bread loaf into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle pan.
Beat egg and oregano together.
Brush most of the mixture on the dough in the pan.
Layer half of the ingredients, then repeat.
Stretch second loaf and lay it on top of the meat mixture; pinch to seal. Brush with remaining egg mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Slice and dip in warmed pizza sauce if desired.
