Fish Filets In Almond Butter(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. white wine (optional)
    1 lb. fish filets
    1/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. dill weed or seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine almonds and butter.
    Cook on High for 5 minutes, until golden brown.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Arrange fish filets in mixture, coating each piece.
    Cook, covered, on High for 5 minutes.
    (Fish is done when it flakes with a fork.)
    Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
