Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 small onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 cans jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter over low heat until tender.
    Stir in flour.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Add can of tomatoes with chilies. Stir.
    Add cheese and jalapenos.
    Cook over very low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
