Shrimp With Chilies And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 large shrimp, shelled and deveined
    3 large cloves garlic
    pinch of salt
    3 hot chili peppers or to taste
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash shrimp, pat dry and set aside.
    Cut chilies in half; remove seeds.
    Place wok over high heat; add oil.
    Heat for 10 seconds.
    Add chili-garlic paste; stir-fry for 1 minute and oil turns slightly red.
    Add shrimp; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes until pink.
    Stir in salt.
    Serve at once with fresh bread to soak up chili mixture.
