Potato Casserole(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    chopped onions (as you wish)
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes thoroughly and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix next 6 ingredients together and pour over potatoes.
    Put crushed flakes on top and dribble butter over it.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or a little more.
