Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
3 to 4 chicken breasts, boiled and cut into pieces
1 small jar sesame seed, toasted
1 pkg. sliced almonds
4 to 5 sliced green onions
1/3 to 1/2 pkg. Chinese rice sticks, cooked
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. rice vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Deep fry rice sticks and drain on paper towels.
Mix lettuce, chicken, sesame seed, almonds, onions and rice sticks.
Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in shaker.
Pour over salad before serving.
Store salad ingredients in airtight container until ready to use.
