Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 bag vanilla sugar (Schueller's has it)
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (hazelnuts or filberts)
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. finely chopped chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Heat up the butter until creamy.
    Add sugar and vanilla; mix.
    Then beat in one egg at a time.
    Next add flour, baking powder, chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
    Finally add the milk.
    Mix until smooth and creamy.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake approximately 35 minutes.
