Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Add eggs and 1/2 cup milk and beat until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into an unbaked 8-inch pie shell or custard cups.
Bake at 275\u00b0 until top is golden and custard is set.
