Caviar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. minced onion
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2/3 c. sour cream
    3 1/2 to 4 oz. Romanoff imported lumpfish caviar (black)
Preparation
    Combine eggs with mayonnaise; spread over bottom of well-greased 8-inch spring-form pan.
    Sprinkle with onion.
    Blend softened cream cheese until well blended and smooth.
    Spread carefully over onion with wet spatula.
    Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight.
    Before serving, top with caviar, spreading to edge of pan.
    Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
    Serve with crackers.
