Mini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 1/4 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    1/2 c. half and half
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions or dash of onion powder
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Mix Bisquick and margarine.
    Add boiling water.
    Stir until soft dough forms. Divide dough between 12 regular muffin cups (greased) or 24 small. Press on bottom and up side of each cup.
    Divide sausage evenly among cups.
    Beat egg and half and half; stir in onions and salt. Spoon about 1 tablespoon into each cup.
    Sprinkle cheese over tops.
    Bake about 25 minutes.
