Crab Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. crab meat
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. onion, chopped fine
4 eggs
2 c. half and half
salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation

Prepare pie crust.
Layer the crab meat (pat it dry), Swiss cheese and onion.
Beat eggs slightly.
Beat in half and half and seasonings.
Pour over ingredients in pie crust.
Cook uncovered in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce to 300\u00b0 oven and cook uncovered about 30 minutes or until knife test is clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
