Mom'S Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
2 or 3 Tbsp. water (enough cold water to hold it together)
Preparation

Place flour and salt into bowl.
Cut in shortening thoroughly. Sprinkle in cold water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until all flour is moistened and dough almost cleans side of bowl.
Shape into flattened round.
Roll out on a floured, cloth-covered board. Recipe may also be used to prepare \"Electric Mixer Pastry.\"
