No Fat Roux - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Heat black iron skillet with flour; stir constantly with a wire whisk about 25 minutes, or until the flour gets to a light brown color.
    Remove from heat; continue to give it a stir from time to time until it is completely cooled down.
    When cool, sift it into a container and store covered until needed.
    Will keep for 2 to 3 months.
