Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/4 c. each: onion, bell pepper and green onions, chopped
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    12 to 16 oz. fresh crabmeat
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper until wilted.
    Add cream cheese and crabmeat, stirring until cheese melts (cheese may be lumpy).
    Add soups; mix well and add rice.
    Pour into a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and Cheddar cheese.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
