Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    saltine crackers
    1 c. (2 sticks) margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
    crushed walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line an 11 x 14-inch cookie sheet with saltines.
    Melt margarine and sugar together; cook until mixture comes to a full boil (about 3 minutes).
    Pour evenly over crackers.
    Bake for 5 minutes or until brown sugar topping is bubbly.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over top. When chips have melted, spread evenly.
    Sprinkle nuts over chocolate.
    When cool, cut or break into pieces.
