Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat (lump or backfin)
    1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg white
    3 to 4 Tbsp. corn flake crumbs
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. hot, melted butter
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    Blend mayonnaise, egg white and 3 to 4 tablespoons crumbs in a bowl.
    Add crab and fold gently.
    Using wet fingers, divide mixture into 8 equal portions; shape into patties.
    Coat with remaining crumbs (1/2 cup).
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
