Eggs With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
4 hard-cooked eggs
4 slices toast
Preparation

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Add flour, salt and pepper; stir until well blended.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened and smooth.
Add mustard and cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Arrange two halves on each slice of toast.
Top with cheese sauce.
Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
Serves 2.
