Green Chili-Cheese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 to 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    paprika
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring water to boil.
    Add rice, salt and butter. Turn heat to low; cover and cook 20 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Add sour cream, cheese and chilies (to taste) to rice; mix thoroughly. Pour into lightly greased casserole.
    Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts and all is bubbly and hot, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 5 to 6.
