Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. bacon drippings
    2 tsp. flour
    2 c. stewed tomatoes (with liquid)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat drippings in small iron skillet over low (300\u00b0) heat. Sprinkle flour over drippings and brown.
    Add stewed tomatoes with liquid.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook slowly for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over hot buttermilk biscuits or rice.
