Creamy Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk, whipped
    1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. minced onion
    3 c. cubed cooked potato
Preparation
    Combine flour, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, cayenne and water in top part of double boiler.
    Mix in eggs and cook, over simmering water, until thickened. Put in refrigerator until cold. Fold into whipped evaporated milk.
    Mix with remaining ingredients and chill.
