Crunchy Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine onions, cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings, mixing well.
Combine egg and milk.
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture; coat well with crumb mixture.
Place in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish; spoon margarine over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
Yields 4 servings.
