Pineapple Yam Bake(No Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 yams, cooked
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 egg whites
Preparation

Mash yams until smooth.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Mix drained pineapple and 3 tablespoons of syrup into yams.
Spoon into a 9-inch round or 8-inch square, nonstick baking pan.
Beat egg whites to soft peaks.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon of syrup and beat until stiff.
Spread with spatula using a swirling motion on top of yam mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until top is golden brown.
