Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. thinly sliced onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Saute beef and onion in margarine until beef is done and onion is clear.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Mix in milk, eggs and Worcestershire sauce together.
Add 1 cup cheese.
Combine with beef mixture.
Pour into pastry shell.
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
